1) Do not create pac objecta automatically when a lazy grid is read in.
2) when information is associated with a pac (object created) check to see if it is on a grid and fill in the gridded tag - even if the pac is created via crosslinking i.e. to sts, or .ace file e.t.c.
3) If a pac object is deleted, it remains on its grid even though object disappears from pac class.
