It would be nice to be able to select peptide sequences (or nucleic acid
sequences)from the main keyset  (or any keyset) window and export them 
directly into the manypep display. Useful for users to be able to do this 
rather than having to set up the classes and models for each set of sequences. 
A pain if they do ont have write access to the database and hence start 
pestering curators to do it for them, you can guarantee everyone will
have their own pet sets of sequences and the curators will start getting
nasty (well I would).
