Data Conversion Tools
A variety of data conversion tools have been written to assist
ACEDB curators. This list is incomplete--please tell us if you
know of others.
The links on this page are all broken. I'm in the process of trying to find the new locations of the

A program to convert EMBL Nucleotide Sequence data into ace format.
Written using Perl version 4.0 but will also work with version 5.

- GenEmbl2ace
- Sean Walsh
GenEmbl2ace converts nucloetide database records in either
GENBANK or EMBL format to ace files. The script can be
configured by editing a series of options at the head of the file.
