AAtDB (An Arabidopsis thaliana database) uses the generalized genome database software ACEDB, created for the C. elegans genome effort. ACEDB is easily reconfigured - by modifying its data specifications - to represent another organism. AAtDB is the result of such a modification and uses exactly the same software as the Caenorhabditis database.
