Changes in this release wrt 980326 are as Follows:
1) getLogin fixed and centralised. This should solve the
problem users were having with the loss of identity across load
sharing.
2) The user who has write access to the database is shown if
you try to get write access and fail.
3) update files are removed after successfull untaring.
4) Embl dumping has been greatly improved. i.e.
a) use clone name, not seq name, as %s in DE line
b) some bug fixes for reference and CC lines
c) allow Database:3 = accession number to be a key, for AccNo class/URL
display
5) hexamer stand alone version is now available.
6) dumping of files in perl format has been fixed.
7) added the abillity to list classes. i.e.
find class
list
will list the classes available in the database for tace.
8) wget added for xaceclient.
9) the buttons colours for the columns have swapped.
LIGHTGRAY is on, WHITE is off.
10) clearer message added to aceclient on shutdown.
