Changes in this release inrespect to
RELEASE-980326 are as follows :

- Interface to netscape redone to fix bugs with SGI's. User
is now requested if they want to start netscape if it is not
already running. As it can take along time on some machines.
- help files fixed. Sometimes the help files where not able
to be found even if they were present. This is fixed.
- Patch added to allow display on other displays that are not
8-bit pseudocolour. Not tested as we do not have any displays.
- Fix to aceserver crash due to insufficient memory size.
- Code added to give fuller linkdate/update strings.
This was also added to the banner and log messages.

closing the same file twice causing crashes bug fixed.
- Bug fixed when messcrash crashes due to string not being
saved properly.
- fgetc bug fixed that added \177 to the beginning of efetch
-q pipes.
