Aquila - a tace program version comparator.
Aquila was originally written by Detlef Wolf, and has now been modified by Rob Clack at the Sanger Centre.
The documentation is overdue for a rewrite, but I haven't got around to it yet.
Aquila runs test scripts which contain tace commands, and records the results in files whose names within their directory are constructed to reflect the corresponding place in the script. It can compare the output from two test runs and report the differences.
Aquila runs routinely as an overnight job, mailing the output of the comparisons to one of the AceDB maintainers. You can also run it locally and receive the results on stdout.
